Large-Scale, Complex Change
Managing change is more complex today. It is never linear with a clear beginning and end point. It’s ongoing. It’s our way of life. Leaders and employees find themselves adapting to not one, but likely twenty or thirty changes at any given time. That said, I believe change programs must consider and connect the dots to the larger strategy; have a clear, yet flexible structure; and apply a network approach to communications. I leverage methodologies and tools, but don't get bogged down in tactics. Creative solutions for unique situations are a core part of my approach.
