Everyone needs a thought partner in complex times. My coaching approach is individualized, grounded in evidence-based theories, and adheres to the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) philosophy and competency requirements for coaching. As a coach, I act as a facilitator helping my client focus and gain clarity to uncover solutions. At times, I will challenge my clients to think differently for reaching a new insight or increasing awareness of choice.
